Natalie Thompson
CHAIR
Natalie Thompson is a vice president at Barclays, instituting Training, Development & Communications. Prior to this, she was the head of Human Resources at New Jersey City University. She served as director of Human Resources at Program for Parents, Inc., working to ensure that children get
the best possible start in life.
Previously, as Vice President of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, she held multiple positions including head of Global Leadership and Diversity for the Americas. Ms. Thompson served as executive director of The Institute for Public Service and was assistant director of the New York City Urban Fellows and Government Scholars and Citywide Summer Internship Programs. She holds a Master of Public Administration - Advanced Management and Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queens College.
Additionally, she holds various notable certifications in Human Resources and
is a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional Advanced Practitioner.
