Board of Trustees Member Spotlight.
Jason Caldwell
TRUSTEE
Jason Caldwell has been in the Independent School Admissions field for 20 years, previously serving as the Director of Middle and Upper School Admissions at the Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn and currently as the Director of Nursery-12th grade Admissions at his Alma Mater, Horace Mann School.
In addition to serving on the Mott Hall Board, Jason also serves on the board of Teak Fellowship. He has previously served on the Breakthrough New York Board (Formerly Summberbridge) from 2010-2019 and on the Board of Riverdale Neighborhood House from 2020-2024.
He began his career as the Regional Admissions Dean for the Mid-Atlantic at Swarthmore College. Jason lives in the Riverdale section of the Bronx with his wife, and daughters, who attend local schools and is a screenwriter with many projects in development.
