BOARD CHAIR
Dr. Patrick Awosogba has worked with Students in economically disadvantaged Districts in New York City for over thirty five years.
Karen Bhatia
VICE CHAIR
Karen is an attorney and entrepreneur. She is the principal of her own law firm that works with Tech startups.

Jason Caldwell
TRUSTEE
Jason Caldwell has been in the School Admissions field for 17 years, previously serving at Packer Collegiate Institute.
Sandra Lugo
SECRETARY
Sandra has been an educator for over 30 years, previously with the NYC Department of Education.
Francesa Weindling
TRUSTEE
Francesca is Managing Director, Associate General Counsel of Nuveen, the Asset Management division of TIAA.
