In support of the NYSED’s commitment to community-based authorizing, Mott Hall Charter School is requesting families complete the Parent Feedback Survey for all students enrolled.

We need your help!

In order to maximize our school’s Title I funding, we need all families to complete The Free and Reduced

Lunch Forms through clicking on/completing the Family Income Inquiry Form . This is VERY important in

securing funding for Mott Hall. Please note that we are District 9.
