Mott Hall is looking for a passionate and dedicated 6th Grade English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher to join our dynamic Middle School team. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of reading and writing while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills in students. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with state standards, assessing and supporting diverse learning needs, and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment. We offer a friendly and supportive work atmosphere. Our compensation is 5% higher than the New York City Department of Education with bonuses for performance and longevity stipends.
