Mott Hall is looking for passionate and talented English Language Arts (ELA) teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of reading and writing, foster critical thinking, and create a supportive, engaging classroom environment where all students can thrive. ELIGIBILITY: ● New York State certification Grades K-6, 5-9, or 7-12 in the appropriate subject area. ● Certification required or proof of certification in progress/pending ● Urban education experience highly preferred ● Three years experience required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

● Salary range $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience

● Teachers are hired at 5% above DOE

● Performance bonus

● Paid parking or MetroCard
